Helping those who feel lost, find themselves again.

Do you feel lost and confused, worried that you can’t find your way back to yourself?

You hate your body…

You believe your body is the wrong shape or size and that if you could just make it thinner or tighter or smaller then you’d feel ok or worthy.

You think something is inherently wrong with you…

You may have tried to ease your distress in different ways but nothing you’ve tried has created lasting change.

You may be thinking “Is it me, is there something inherently wrong with me?”.

You feel depressed, angry, anxious or sad…

Your feelings overwhelm you, you have no energy and you can’t remember the last time you really laughed. How long has it been since you felt confident or satiated in your life?

You feel unlovable…

You think you’re unworthy, that no one will ever desire you. You worry you’ll always be alone.

Welcome to Liberate Sacred Bodies

Liberate Sacred Bodies services help you bridge the gap between where you are to where you want to be.

It can be difficult to change deep seated beliefs about ourselves. Real and lasting change can occur, but only when we center the body in the healing process.

It’s the relationship between your mind and body that can create the lasting change you have been seeking.

It may feel scary to use the body as the main focus for transformation but in order to deeply reconnect with ourselves. we must start by having a conversation with our bodies. I often ask, “what is your body telling you in this moment?” The body may not know how to answer at first, but with practice, we can create a line of communication between our conscious mind to our body.

Even if you doubt your capacity to change right now, through introspective work you will come to know your true potential.

In a safe space we will dive into issues buried underneath the "stuff" of day-to-day life. In our practice you will gain a better understanding of yourself, which in turn allows you to live a more productive, satisfying and fuller life.

I am passionate about the deep and profound relationship we can have with our bodies.

It is in reconnecting with our bodies that we can find a true return to self.

Reconnect with yourself now.
